Why was my plan cancelled for me?

Your plan may have been cancelled if we weren’t able to charge your credit card on auto-renew. If this is the case, we’ll let you know before taking any action and give you an opportunity to update your billing details. If, after multiple tries, we’re still unsuccessful in charging your card, we will cancel your plan.

Alternatively, if there is any indication that you have violated the Splacer Terms of Service, your plan may be cancelled.
