During these times of uncertainty, we’ve updated our Cancellation Policy to help you book without worry:
During a State of Emergency, cancel or reschedule at any time
During the declaration of State of Emergency, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the event, and receive a full refund (not including the Splacer Service Fee as described in our Cancellation Policy).
Want to reschedule instead of cancelling your booking? No worries - contact the space owner and ask to reschedule. Rescheduling is free, and you can reschedule as many times as you like.
Please note: Space Owner’s need to accept the proposed date and time for the rescheduling to apply.
Splacer’s 24 hour grace period
Splacer’s 24 hour grace period applies to all bookings, at any time, and allows event organizers the flexibility to cancel a reservation within 24 hours of booking without incurring cancellation fees. The reservation must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
This means event organizers can book without worry and be entitled to a 100% refund as designated in our Cancellation Policy.
- In order to enjoy the Splacer book without worry policy, the booking must be made on the Splacer Platform.
- The booking is only officially cancelled once you have taken the steps in cancelling the event through the Splacer platform.
